Howdy TN birders, Earlier this year, eBird expanded its scope to include the entire planet. It now accept submissions of birds found anywhere on Earth. This of course created a huge need for regional editors to review the records, manage the data entry checklists, etc. for every corner of every continent. So, to the point: I know there are quite a few good birders in Tennessee who have international birding experience. If you happen to have a particular knowledge of the birds of some foreign lands and might be interested in helping out, let me know. What is needed is a general sense of what is normal vs. unusual where and when, and an understanding of the ID challenges. The Americas and much of Europe are pretty well covered, but vast expanses of the rest of the planet are still the lawless frontier.
