A bald eagle is visible sitting on the nest on Highway 12 in Ashland City. I watched her/him on Sunday, March 5 around 4:00 p.m. On Highway 12 between Ashland City and Nashville, pull over next to the railroad tracks at the intersection of Pecan Valley Road. Walk up the tracks about a 100 feet to have an unobstructed view of the river, then look left/South and across the river to the bend in the river. You should be able to spot the huge next in the top of a sycamore tree. The parent was easily visible sitting and looking around. M.
