[TN-Bird] additional scoters on Boone Lake

Boone Lake, Washington & Sullivan Cos., TN
White-winged Scoter: the 3 adult males at Devault Bridge are still present
and have been joined by another male & 2 females / immatures. Another
male with 2 females / immatures, just off Oak Grove Rd..
Total = 9 White-wings.
Note- there are 2 Devault Bridges over Boone Lake. One is on hwy 11-E
next to Winged Deer Park. The other, which is where the scoters are located,
is on the road from Piney Flats toward the airport.
Also on Boone Lake today:
Com. Goldeneye - 12
Red-br. Merganser - 7
