As of this afternoon the two male White-winged Scoters and Red-throated Loon are still be seen from the boat ramp at Booker T Washington State Park. There is also a large raft of ducks in the middle of the river. Ruddy Duck, Bufflehead, Redhead, Lesser Scaup, Red-breasted Merganser and Blue-winged Teal.
