[TN-Bird] White's Mill Wildlife Refuge

Walked around White's Mill Wildlife Refuge in Blount County, Tn this afternoon 
starting at 1:35 pm (I waited for the promised sunshine).  Not a lot of species 
but a few good ones, notably a Northern Harrier, a Sharp-shinned hawk and 20 
Green-winged teal.  The dikes have been mowed and while there's a lot of water 
in the refuge, the walking is dry.
