[TN-Bird] White-rumped Sandpiper in Washington Co.

A quick check of a half dozen farm ponds produced the following:
Spotted Sandpiper - 2
Solitary Sandpiper - 3
Least Sandpiper - 1
WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER - 1
Pectoral Sandpiper - 1
The White-rump was at "West View pond", near Limestome, with the Least for a
nice comparison.
This sets a new early fall arrival date for White-rump in NE Tenn.
