May I suggest a local business like http://www.thewoodthrushshop.com/. In ;
Nashville.

They were able to order what I needed and gave me a fair price.

I’m sure there are other
Local/small businesses to choose from.

I have not personally dealt with this company and have no personal
affiliation, but have heard some good things about Redstart Optics
(redstartbirding.com<http://redstartbirding.com>).  They started business
shortly after Eagle Optics
closed, apparently with some of the same people.  The website mentions
some kind of affiliation with Birdwatchers Digest.

With Eagle Optics having closed their doors what other places are good for
buying binoculars, scopes and accessories?
