[TN-Bird] Where is the Whistling duck???

  I have noticed that the directions to the whistling duck and kind of hard
to fallow. Maybe someone has and I lost the post but can someone post the
nearest address to the Whistling duck so that people can put it into
Mapquest no matter where they are coming from. This would be extremely
helpful. On a side note where should I look to find birding spots in
Virginia and Maryland?
