[TN-Bird] Webb Rd - Hamilton Co

2/13/13 - This morning around 9:30 AM on a quick check the RED-NECKED GREBE
and male RED-BREASTED MERGANSER were seen from Webb Rd (near Booker T
Washington State Park).
I did not find the Western Grebe, nor anything else unusual, but the
conditions were foggy and rainy and I did not stay long.
