[TN-Bird] Warner Park (Nashville) Birds: Blue-winged Warbler, Wood Thrush, etc

Rob Lane and I birded the normally closed North
Reserve of Warner Parks (Davidson County) from 7:30 to
8:45 this morning.

Highlights included:

Broad-winged, Red-tailed, Red-shouldered and Cooper's
Hawk, American Kestral - 1 each

White-eyed Vireo - 30+
Red-eyed Vireo - 1

Ruby-crowned Kinglet - 2
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - 15

Wood Thrush - 6 +  (Singing everywhere in the
interior, one gave great looks)

Blue-winged Warbler - 3, one male singing in plain
view
Yellow Warbler - 1
Black-throated Green Warbler - 1
Northern Waterthrush - 1
Louisiana Waterthrush - 1
Kentucky Warbler - 5
Common Yellowthroat - 9


Summer Tanager - 1
