[TN-Bird] Veery (Greene Co., TN)

I found my first Veery of the year on 29 April in Greeneville. This
ties the earliest date I have recorded for its arrival. Generally, I
find the first one during the first week of May.
The bird was in a suburban area with mature deciduous trees and moderate
understory, a place I have regularly found Veeries upon their arrival in
the spring. The species nests in the county at higher elevations on
Viking Mountain and possibly at other sites.
