Attached are 4 poor quality pictures of the swan that I took this morning
before it moved out of view. I believe based on the large size of this bird
it has to rule out a Tundra Swan. In one of these pictures you can see two
Canada Geese right next to the swan. The geese appear no more than ½ the
size. This is also what I saw in the scope before taking the pictures so I
believe the pictures accurately reflect the size difference. My overall
impression was this swans body size was very comparable to an American
White Pelican. If anyone has different thoughts I would appreciate the
feedback.
