LODGING RESERVATIONS DUE APRIL 2ND
The Baymont Hotel is holding rooms for TOS members through April 2nd. To
reserve a room, call 888-551-4666. Mention your TOS membership for the special
rate of $74.95, plus tax, per night for a room. This includes a deluxe
complimentary breakfast.
DINNER AND REGISTRATION DUE APRIL 15TH
Fees are $10.00 for registration and $20.00 for the Saturday evening
banquet buffet. Registration and dinner payments must be received by April 15.
Checks should be made payable to Nashville TOS. Please send your checks and
registration forms to: Susan Hollyday, 211 Wauford Drive, Nashville TN 37211.
Please notify Susan if you are interested in a vegetarian option.
