[TN-Bird] Swallow-tailed Kite in Bledsoe County, TN

Starr Klein left a message sometime within the last hour and said that a
Swallow-tailed Kite was found and being observed by Katherine Boyles and
Louis Bean at the cemetery that is on East Valley Road about a mile
north of its intersection with College Station Mountain road Bledsoe
County (near Pikeville). This is all of the information I have at this
time, when I have more I will let you know.
