[TN-Bird] Surf and WhiteWinged Scoters at Chickamauga Lake

Feb 17 _ I see 2 Surf and a bunch of White winged Scoters at Vincent Rd
landing. As well as a Red throated Loon. A Red necked Grebe was seen here
yesterday
