[TN-Bird] Surf Scoter, Purple Finches

 First of all, I apologize for the late posting..... I visited Radnor Lake on 
Friday, Nov 21, and after getting wonderful scope views of the Surf Scoter, I 
ran across a flock of 8 Purple Finches along Otter Creek road.  They were 
busily feeding on Dogwood berries along with some Titmice. Michael
