Soddy Mtn Hawk Watch

Broad-winged Hawk season is upon us and we are ready to kick off our
24th season. We plan to start Thursday Sept. 15th and will count through
the end of the month as weather permits. Bill Haley has already been up
for half a day Sunday when he counted 14 Broad-wings and our seasons first
Bald Eagle.
Of special interest, Alix Parks, of TENNESSEE RAPTOR RESCUE from Signal
Mountain, TN will bring 2 rehabbed Broad-winged Hawks for release Saturday
morning Sept 17th at 10 O'clock. Plan to arrive early so you won't miss
this event!
