Location:     TN, Stiles Wastewater Treatment Plant
Observation date:     4/29/10
Notes:     Another clear warming day except a strong wind was constant today 
keeping a lot of birds down low in the fields and on the lagoons. Blk-necked 
stilts were down in numbers from the other day but they could be off on the 
river also.
