About 1:00 pm on Tuesday I observed about a dozen pectoral sandpipers and
a spotted sandpiper along with 2 great egrets in flooded areas in the large
field west of the field house at Camp Jordan Park in East Ridge. A few
minutes later, the pectorals relocated to the field house parking lot and
were joined by at least one semi-palmated sandpiper and three least
sandpipers.
