Birded this Saturday morning with Phillip Casteel at Shelby Park. We
wandered the bottoms in Phase I for a while and found a couple nice
warbler flocks. Afterward we went to Mission Hill in the park, and on
one of the usual snags we found an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER. It flew off
a couple times coming back to the same snag, but was chased off it
by a starling and then a large flock of crows occupied the area. On
our return walk we did not see the flycatcher there.
