Visited Sharp's Ridge in Knoxville from 9 - 11am today. Coming up the
hill before you get to the observation deck I stopped to listen and a
Pine Warbler flew down and perched on my passenger side mirror. It tried
to fly into my jeep but bounced off the plastic side windows and
returned to the mirror. It did this repeatedly, attacked itself in the
mirror a couple times, and also perched on my right windshield wiper. I
snapped a few cell phone pics and quickly left him to his hostile
territory. Glad my window was up on that side.

Northern parula - 1 heard
Pine warbler - 2
Prairie warbler - 1 heard
Yellow-throated warbler - 2
Yellow-rumped warbler - 3
Blue-headed vireo - 3
Yellow-throated vireo - 1
Blue-gray gnatcatcher - 5
Ruby-crowned kinglet - 6
White-throated sparrow - 2
Accipiter species - 1
Great blue heron - 2 flyover
