Ruth Carr just posted photos on the TN Birding Facebook page of a Say's
Phoebe on Proctor Rd., just west of Henderson, Chester Co. this morning.
The bird was on the roof of a house near Goodman Ranch (hunting club).
This is public access and viewed from the road. Proctor Rd has very little
traffic.
We'll have an address for the house where the bird was seen soon, but
wanted to get the word out. From Google maps, it doesn't look like there
are that many houses near the Goodman Ranch, so scanning the few houses
nearby may be a good bet.
This is about the 14th record for the state. Somershoe and Sloan need to
get their book current to 2015 (Ha!). Working on it.
