[TN-Bird] Savannah CBC date change

Due to potential rain/storms on Wednesday, I am changing the date for the 
Savannah CBC.  We will now count on Thursday, December 29.  We will still meet 
at McDonald's at 5:45. I prefer to be contacted before the court if you want to 
help (plan party coverage), but won't turn you away if you just show up that 
morning.
