Shelby Park Nashville, Davidson Co., TN Phillip Casteel just called at 10 am on Tuesday 27 Jan. to report a "lone ranger" Ross' Goose slumming with about 400 Ring Billed Gulls on the pond at Shelby Park in Nashville! The goose is currently on the small island in the pond surrounded by the gulls. Also present were 3 Black Ducks. Phillip mentioned that this is the 3rd occurrence of a Ross' Goose in the park.
