FRANKLIN COUNTY
Estill Springs City Park
Estill Springs, TN
Yesterday afternoon a lone adult Ross' Goose was in the eastern quadrant of the
park along the Elk River. There are extensive mudflats here right now. Also had
a flock of calling 28 Sandhill Cranes looking to settle down in this area as
well. Will upload the checklist later today with pics.

COFFEE COUNTY:
Coffee County Recreation Area (on the NW side of Woods Reservoir) at 11:05am
had a Solitary Vireo Complex species singing just adjacent to the public boat
launch . This was the first time for me on this side of lake (Woods Reservoir).
It is an active air force military base. Wanted to whack into the conifer
thickets. Not sure what you can or cannot do here. Good chance it is a
Blue-headed Vireo.. but a "western Solitary" one is not out of the probabilities
