Yesterday, behind Baptist Hospital off Parkside Dr in west Knoxville, a pair of ring-necked ducks were observed amongst wood ducks, mallard and gadwall ducks. This newly flooded "lower" wetland habitat has really grown since beavers dammed up the main channel of Turkey Creek, which runs through this 58 acre wetland park. Bird On!
