[TN-Bird] Red-necked grebe, nickajack dam, Marion co

I made a quick stop at nickajack dam this afternoon and found a non-breeding 
plumage red-necked grebe above the dam. Managed some digiscoped photos, but 
we've all seen dozens of photos this winter. Nice bird for Marion co though!

Also 2 male white-winged scoters were present in front of the dam toward the 
south side of the river where I first found some in January.
