This morning while birding Point Park I heard the familiar call of a
Red-breasted Nuthatch.
A few minutes later I located the Red-breasted Nuthatch in a White Oak.
The Spring late date for Point Park was May 12th 2017.
The Birds of Tennessee New Annotated Checklist list the Late Spring Date of May
20th 1978 in Nashville.
