The size of the White Pelican flock at Ish Creek Bay I reported earlier
is actually closer to 53 white pelicans. A boat just flushed them and
when they flew I got a more accurate count. They were all huddled
together when I tried to count them early this morning. They are now in
a new location on the shore of Ish Creek Bay where they are visible from
Lowes Ferry Road before the Scenic Point gate.
