[TN-Bird] Record Question

Does anyone know a quick way to discover if a bird has been recorded before in
your county or be able to see the records?
I had a Little Blue Heron two years ago & reported it on the Bird Line but I
had no response (no big deal on this one but the bird was BIG DEAL around
here!!!) and today I had the Lark Sparrow.
I am certain both were just passing through but exciting anyhow.

Just curious.
