[TN-Bird] Radnor Lake closing to visitors starting April 4

I was told this morning by a reliable source that Radnor Lake in Davidson
Co. is going to temporarily close to visitors starting tomorrow, April 4. I
don't know how long the closing will last. Such a blow.
