The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing the establishment of a new
national wildlife refuge in the Paint Rock River Watershed in Franklin County,
Tennessee. The Draft Land Protection Plan and Environmental Assessment is
currently out for public review and comment through May 3. Anyone interested in
reviewing and/or commenting on the proposal can find additional information on
the proposal and download a copy of the Draft Plan at
www.fws.gov/southeast/paintrockriver.
