April 16, 2013 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing the establishment of a new national wildlife refuge in the Paint Rock River Watershed in Franklin County, Tennessee. The Draft Land Protection Plan and Environmental Assessment is currently out for public review and comment through May 3.
