[TN-Bird] Peregrine perching on a power line?

Over the years, I've photographed only two Merlin's using power lines  to 
perch but until recently, I'd never seen a Peregrine on a wire. At a  
distance, I was sure the large bird on the wire just off the highway was a  
Red-tail. You can imagine my surprise when this adult  Peregrine let  me drive 
right up to it and take a few photos.
