[TN-Bird] Peregrine Falcon in North Chattanooga

I spotted a magnificent peregrine falcon perched in
the top of a tree by the street on Cherokee Blvd.
right down the hill from Nikki's (near the tunnel).  I
was at the dentist who's office had a perfect view of
the falcon.  This was around 6:00 p.m. on March 7th.
