I have been spending a lot of time birding in Jackson County Alabama
this fall migration. Jackson County borders Marion County Tennessee to
the south and has a lot of fine habitat, especially along rt. 92 which
runs along a stretch of the Tennessee River.

Yesterday (9/13) showed a lot of migrant passerine movement and all of
the following birds I recorded along rt. 92.

14 species of warblers:

1 Wilson's

1 Bay-breasted

1 Blue-winged

1 Orange-crowned

2 Blackburnian

1 Northern Parula

1 Prairie

2 Black and White

1 Hooded

2 Common Yellowthroat

10 American Redstart

18 Tennessee

20 Magnolia

12 Chesnut-sided

14 White-eyed vireo

6 Yellow-throated Vireo

1 Blue-headed Vireo

4 Red-eyed Vireo

4 Summer Tanager

2 Scarlet Tanager

Some other birds I have observed in this same area this fall include
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Least Flycatcher, and Philadelphia Vireo
