Finally after years of searching I got an excellent look at a Lifer this
evening. I spotted an Olive-sided Flycatcher fly catching from the top of a
tree on a dead limb. I was able to watch the bird feed for some time as it
returned to the same limb. The bird was a pretty good distance away, so no
vocalizations were heard. I was able to confirm it was an Olive-sided when I
finally got good looks at the white "saddle-bags" on the back. I will post some
poor quality digipics to the TN Birding Facebook page and ebird!
