[TN-Bird] Odd crow @ MTSU

For the last few days, there's been a crow hanging around the west side of the 
MTSU campus that appears to be missing a large number of barbs in its 
secondaries (and perhaps inner primaries). The effect is that it has an 
irregularly-shaped hole in the middle of each wing. It doesn't seem to have any 
trouble flying, but the resulting resemblance to a Pileated Woodpecker in 
flight is quite striking.
