[TN-Bird] Northern Harrier returns to Swamp Road

Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 at 8:48 am, observed a Northern Harrier at Swamp Road 
flying low over near some corn fields.  Location was after the red barn, past 
Kelly Creek, before the green building.  Could be a female or immature, noticed 
the warm brown tones on the feathers.
