While several birders were up at Rankin this morning looking at the tricolored
heron that has been here the last three days, a birder from Texas pointed out a
Neotropic Cormorant sitting on a snag with a dcc. Photos have been taken. When
I got here 30 minutes later the bird had left but has now retuned to same snag.
