Looking at that Peter Boyle haircut, I say yes, it's a Common Tern. The legs
are too long for Arctic.

Subject: [TN-Bird] Need ID help with tern
I need ID help with what appears to be an immature tern seen this afternoon at
Concord Park (The Cove) in Knoxville, TN. I thought it may be a Forster’s, but
am not positive on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
