[TN-Bird] National Weather Service radio alerts system down for storm

National Weather Service office at Morristown, TN has reported they have
lost their radio alert capabilities. Do not depend on weather radios for
any of your needs. Technicians are working hard and fast trying to get
the radio alert system up and running.
