I was proceeding west on 396 and at the interchange for highway 31 / 6 (not 43 as reported to Damien) I saw the owl perched on a sign at the highest point of the interchange. Lat Long was approximately 35o 44' 13" N and 86o 56' 42" W. I have posted a photo (such as it is) on ALBIRDS.
