[TN-Bird] Memphis Perigrine Falcon

From Mud Island in Memphis, TN.  I saw the Perigrine Falcon again on the same 
jetty as yesterday so this must be his new hangout for a while.  The Snow Goose 
that was prob. injured that didn't look so well yesterday was not seen today 
and I seriously doubt it flew away.  No ducks seen but plenty of R-B Gulls.
