On Tuesday traveling on hwy 412 i spotted 2 birds on powerline and one with a very long tail. I returned and found two scissor-tail flycatchers and one juvenile in which they were feeding. Location: from the intersection of hwy 412 and 43 bypass, go 3.1 miles west on 412. They are located next to the McFall sod Farm. A good pull off is on the left next to a pair of silver gates just past the entrance to the sod farm. The juvenile will stay on the power line while the adults flycatch. I watched them for a while yesterday. They are using the powerline and can also be seen sitting atop soybeans next to the road.
