I did a GBBC in the Louisville area from Miser Station bridge to Scenic
Point. From Miser Station bridge there were both a white phase and blue phase
Snow goose amongst a flock of 57 Canada geese. The Great egret was perched in
a pine tree and there were around 15 Tree swallows flying about. There were
75 Hooded mergansers, 3 Common mergansers, 5 Bufflehead and 10 Gadwall in the
creek between the nursery and stop sign. There was one Herring gull with
around 130 Ring-billed gulls on the small islands near the Louisville Point
Park (LPP) boat ramp.

On Hitch pond I found 2 male Redheads among 73 Ringed-neck ducks, Mallards
and Gadwall.

Great blue herons were on nests behind the veterinary on Lilliard Lane, on
the islands between the Louisville marina and LPP, the LPP picnic area parking,
Phelp's pond and Scenic Point. I did not find any Black-crowned night herons
by the Maryville library spillway nor the Louisville marina. As of this
morning there hasn't been any listed in TN GBBC so if you've seen any in the
past
4 days please post them!
