[TN-Bird] Krider's?

Davidson County, Marrowbone Lake area - April 1.
I spotted a very light colored hawk, about red-tailed size sitting in a tree by
my house. When it flew, I noticed no markings underneath. It was pale whitish
in entirety from its head to its tail feathers with no banding or any distinct
coloration apparent to me.
