[TN-Bird] Knox County merganser

We saw one Red-breasted Merganser from the boat ramp parking lot in Concord 
Park on Northshore Drive east of Concord Road across the road from the entrance 
to the swimming pool area.  Also in the same area was one Common Loon.  We left 
them at 2:50 this afternoon.
