[TN-Bird] Knox County Ruddy Duck, American Kestrel

This afternoon I found a female or immature Ruddy Duck on the pond at
Pellissippi State Campus in west Knox County.

Yesterday afternoon I had an American Kestrel at Melton Hill Park, also in west
Knox County. It was the first one I've seen at that location.
