[TN-Bird] Injured Red Tail

A Photographer friend of mine just reported a injured Redtail Hawk, Right wing
looks beat up.
Location: In Arkansas- I-55SB direction btwn mile marker 26 & 27 SB
off to the right shoulder in grass, about 5-6 miles north of the Turrel exit.
There is a dead Red Tail at roadway and the injured bird present.
Hope someone from Ark knows of someone who can go get this for a rehabber etc...
