[tn-bird] Important Info for all subscribers

The TN-Bird Net requires you to sign your messages with
first and last name, city (town) and state abbreviation.
Everyone must be fully identified in all postings and the
specific locations of all bird observations and field trips
as to county are required.
We also do not use abbreviation for bird names unless
it is in the second reference after a bird has been fully
named in the posting.
We ask that the net not be used for chat or insider
messages. If you want to make a comment or posting
that is not of general interest to other subscribers, please
send those as a private e-mail to the intended party.
These are long-standing traditions with TN-Birds and we
have some new subscribers who have not picked up on
the important and useful style for this net.
